I feel deeply for children, teenagers and women who experienced rape, sexual abuse or assault.
For many years I yearned to provide some kind of support but I didn't know how. I felt this was such a big issue and I felt I cannot tackle this issue alone by myself.

Recently, there has been an increase in such news. The latest that I heard was a 3-year-old girl was sexually violated.
I began to ask what can I do to help.
I finally received an answer. And I was clear about what can I do to support those who were raped, sexually abused or assaulted.

I am offering an energy healing support called Activate Inner Strength.
I offer this healing based on my personal experience as a former rape victim.
​
I was a teenager when it happened. After I was raped I didn't know how to process what happened to me. I knew what happened was wrong but I was too scared to tell my mother. And so I kept silent.
I thought I was f*cked up for life because of what happened to me. I honestly thought that I would end up prostituting myself.
​
Until one day, I heard a voice in my head that said it doesn't have to be that way.
To be frank, I was more than a little surprised to know that there was another way and I didn't have to end up that way.
That was the exact moment when I felt an inner strength rise from deep within me. I felt strangely comforted by it.
I even remember that I said to myself if there is another way, let's do it.
And I haven't looked back since.

I felt having the inner strength had led me to persevere in seeking ways to heal myself, especially my mental health.
I had suffered from depression and had suicidal thoughts.
No matter how many times I wanted to give up, that inner strength always reminded me there was a way out. And I didn't have to be stuck as a victim forever.

That inner strength was right. There was a way out.
Having inner strength has led me to make empowered choices.
After more than 20 years of being a victim, I finally got myself out of the deep trench and claimed my power back.
Today I am where I am now. I live the life I want to live, and I do not let the past dictate my future.
I am here now.

My name is Hayatti Rahgeni. I am a certified mental health coach, a certified CBT coach, an emotional clearing expert and an energy healer.

I started my healing journey back in 2011. I was introduced to energy healing for the first time and my life was never the same since. I embarked on a spiritual journey while simultaneously healing myself. If it wasn't because of the strong desire to heal myself, I wouldn't be where I am today.

Looking back, there were times when I thought that I could never heal from the rape and the subsequent trauma. I am glad that I was wrong about that, and I am glad that my journey has brought me here.

This healing is done remotely. There is no live session to attend.
The session will be facilitated by myself, while the healing energy will be provided by my Higher Self, Yestred.
Healing energy will be transmitted for 20 minutes.
