Mental health coaching can help individuals improve their mental well-being, emotional resilience, and overall psychological health. This involves working with a trained and qualified mental health coach who provides guidance, support, and strategies to help clients enhance their mental health and cope with life's challenges more effectively.

Hayatti is a certified mental health coach and a certified professional CBT coach. She works specifically with those who experience depression.

In her coaching sessions, she utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is a widely recognized and effective form of psychotherapy that helps individuals learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on their behavior and emotions.
CBT is grounded in the understanding that our thoughts, emotions and behaviors are interconnected, and it seeks to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.

This package consists of 4 coaching sessions. One session per week.
Each session is 1 hour. This session is delivered live via Zoom.

We are available on the following:

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Time: 9 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 4 pm
zone: BNT or GMT +8

It all started when Hayatti attended a transformational seminar in 2011, where she learned to transform her hatred into forgiveness. She then continued her journey of self-development and improvement to learn energy healing, at first for her own use but later learned to use it to help other people as well.

She now focuses on using the tools she has learned to work on herself as well as assisting others to reclaim their personal power.

Having passed the 5th initiation on her ascension journey it has enabled her to see with clarity how the ego shows up in other people. This ability now helps her to see through the root cause of issues/triggers and how to resolve them.

In her coaching, she often encourages her clients to let go of anything that stands in the way of their transformation.
